Meditation on loving-kindness
Meditation on Twin Hearts is designed to bring us inner peace and happiness, while paving the way towards illumination. This meditation was created by Master Choa Kok Sui, and like all techniques in Pranic Healing we are using techniques to clear energetic blockages from our aura and chakras to before energizing ourselves with spiritual energy. In the Buddhist tradition, this is called Meditation on Loving-Kindness, or Metta meditation. In the Yogic tradition this is called Bhakti Yoga. Meditation on Twin Hearts is based on the universal prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi.
The meditation allows us to become channels of peace, and while we cultivate these positive emotions and energies within ourselves, we can radiate these energies to people all over the world. As the healing energy passes through us, it first heals us, and then goes out to help heal Mother Earth and all her inhabitants.
