Cupping Therapy

Cupping, also known as myofascial decompression technique is a method of relieving stress and tension by pulling your skin and connective tissue up into the cups as a mini-vacuum. This allows your muscles and tissues more space for blood flow, and releases "knots" in the tissues. It was made famous by many Olympic athletes that utilized cupping as part of their recuperative regimen. Sounds strange, feels exceptional.

Pranic Healing

Pranic Healing is a no-touch modality, that balances the bio-field or energy body, and its energy centers known as chakras to facilitate a healing process. If you aren't comfortable with the idea of acupuncture needles, this modality offers the same benefits without the needles. All of our practitioners are extensively trained in Pranic Healing with many years of experience. 

In your session, you lay down and relax, and let the practitioner sweep the energy congestion out of your body. After they thoroughly clear the blockages from your body, they will lay different crystals on the acupuncture points or chakras to gently energize your system.

During your initial consultation with your practitioner, they may prescribe an herbal formula based on your Chinese medicine diagnosis. We have a variety of herbal formulas on hand, as well as CBD products to help you achieve your wellness goals.
